No shipping costs with GLS over €200 incl. VAT:

We offer free shipping on orders over €200 for delivery in mainland France. We think it's logical to consider shipping costs an integral part of our sales system!

We commit to a delivery time of 2 to 4 days by GLS or So Colissimo against signature and 4 to 8 days for other European countries.

We are committed to the security of your banking transactions. We work with a 100% secure solution from the SG Group. This solution guarantees the confidentiality and security of every transaction. Confidential data (16-digit credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram) is encrypted and transmitted directly to our bank's server without ever passing through Fieldandfish. com's physical network. Fieldandfish.com has no access whatsoever to your credit card details.

What's more, it's your bank that secures your payment.

The legal withdrawal period is 7 days from the date of delivery of the item, but fieldandfish gives you an extra 3 days. So whatever your reasons, you have 10 days to change your mind! If you change your mind, we'll give you a full refund for any items returned in good condition and in their original packaging. At the end of the trial, if you don't want to keep one or more items, you can return them to us and we'll give you a full refund, provided the products and packaging are returned to us in new condition. You are responsible for the cost of the return postage, and for ensuring that it is sent correctly until it reaches our premises. We therefore advise you to return your order by Collissimo with signature.

Not completely satisfied with an item you've ordered?

You can order without fear at fieldandfish.com.

You can return it within 10 days of receipt. If the size of the product does not correspond to your expectations, ask us for a return slip (for delivery to a GLS relay point) and send it back to us with a note explaining your request for an exchange. We will then replace the product with the desired size, provided that the products and packaging are returned to us in new condition. You are responsible for the correct dispatch of the goods until they reach our premises.

We have an average of 3,000 products in stock. If a product is not available in a given size, this is clearly indicated.

However, you can ask us to notify you by email when the product becomes available again. You will receive an email as soon as the product is available again.

We know our products inside out, because we use them on all our fishing trips, in all seasons and in very different conditions: we often go fishing when the weather is not 'fine' in the ordinary sense of the word ....

Our garments are all manufactured using benchmark components developed by world-renowned companies (Dupont , YKK , Evertek ...). We are also extremely demanding when it comes to the quality of our products (locking stitches, English seams, zips, etc.).

As a consumer, you have fourteen days after receipt of your order to return a product that does not suit you. No explanation is required. The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. You must then send your return package to the following address: Ephemera, ZAE de la Tuilerie, 139 route des marais , 74 410 Saint Jorioz (France).

You will then be reimbursed by crediting your credit card or the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

You will be reimbursed for the outward carriage costs of your order on the basis of the cost of the express delivery option. The product remains your responsibility until it is returned to our premises. We therefore advise you to return it using a tracking and signature system.

Information concerning payment by card is only entered on the Crédit du Nord site and we therefore never have access to it.

All other data (name, address, orders, etc.) is stored on a secure server. We undertake never to divulge them to a third party. We have made a declaration to the CNIL (Commission Informatique et Liberté) under reference 1382196.

The invoice can be found as an attachment on your account in the orders tab, which you can download if required.

If the size doesn't fit, you can request an exchange by clicking on contact at the bottom of the home page and expressing your choice. In this case, the exchange is free for metropolitan France, with GLS.

If your order does not suit you or if you would like a different size, or for after-sales service, please return your item in its packaging by recorded delivery to Ephemera Sarl , ZAE de la Tuilerie, 139 Route des marais, 74410 Saint-Jorioz, (France).
