No shipping costs with GLS over €200 incl. VAT:

We offer free shipping on orders over €200 for delivery in mainland France. We think it's logical to consider shipping costs an integral part of our sales system!

We commit ourselves on a deadline of 2 to 4 days by GLS or So Colissimo against signature and 4 to 8 days for the other European countries.

We are committed to the security of your banking transactions. We work with a 100% secure solution from the SG Group. This solution guarantees the confidentiality and security of every transaction. Confidential data (16-digit credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram) are encrypted and transmitted directly to our bank's server without ever passing through Fieldandfish. com's physical network. has no access whatsoever to your credit card details.

What's more, it's your bank that secures your payment.

The legal retraction period is 7 days, starting from the delivery date of the item but fieldandfish gives you 3 extra days. Whatever your reasons, you have 10 days to change your mind! If you change your mind, we will refund the full price of the returned items in good condition and in their original packaging. At the end of the trial, if you do not wish to keep one or several items, you can return them to us and we will reimburse you for these items, provided that the products and packaging are returned to us in new condition. The shipping costs for the return are at your expense and you are responsible for their proper shipment until they are received in our premises. We therefore advise you to choose a return by collissimo against signature.

We offer you the possibility to return it to us within 10 days, from the date of receipt. If the size of the product does not correspond to your expectations, ask us for a return form (for a deposit in a GLS relay point) and send it back to us with a note explaining your request for an exchange, so we will replace the product with the desired size, provided that the products and packaging return to us in new condition. You are responsible for their good sending until the reception in our buildings.

We have an average of 3,000 products in stock. If a product is not available for a given size, this is clearly indicated.

However, you can ask us to notify you by email when the product is available again. You will receive an email as soon as the product is available again.

We know our products perfectly, because we use them on all our fishing trips in all seasons and in very different conditions: we often go fishing when the weather is not 'nice' in the sense of the common man ....

Our garments are all manufactured using reference components developed by world-renowned companies (Dupont , YKK , Evertek ...). We are also extremely demanding on the quality of the manufacture of our products (stitches, English sewing, zip ...).

As a consumer, you have a period of fourteen days after receipt of your order to return a product that does not suit you. You do not have to give any explanation. The product must be intact in its original packaging. You will then be reimbursed by crediting your credit card or according to the payment method used during your purchase.

You will be reimbursed for the cost of shipping your order based on the cost of the express delivery option. The product remains under your responsibility until it is returned to our premises. We therefore advise you to return it using a tracking system and delivery against signature.

The information concerning the payment by card is only entered on the Crédit du Nord website and we never have access to it.

As for the other data (name, address, orders ...), these data are stored on a secure server. We commit ourselves never to disclose them to a third party. We have made a declaration to the CNIL (Commission Informatique et Liberté) under the reference 1382196.

The invoice can be found as an attachment on your account in the orders tab, which you can download if required.

If the size does not fit, you can request an exchange by clicking on contact at the bottom of the home page and express your choice. In this case the exchange is free for metropolitan France, with GLS.
