No shipping costs with GLS for orders over €200 incl. VAT, so no surprises at the end of the order:
We offer free shipping on orders over €200 for delivery in mainland France. In our quality charter, we consider shipping costs to be a logical part of our sales system.
We offer a delivery time of 1 to 3 days for GLS or 2 to 4 days for Colissimo. For other European countries, 2 to 8 days.
This is probably the most important point in our quality charter. We are committed to the security of your bank transactions. We work with the 100% secure solution of Société Générale. Crédit du Nord. This solution guarantees the confidentiality and security of every transaction. Confidential data (16-digit credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram) are encrypted and transmitted directly to the Société Générale server. This data is never transmitted on Fieldandfish.com's physical media. We have no access whatsoever to your bank details.
What's more, we've opted for 3D Secure, which secures your payment by transmitting a code sent by your bank via
SMS.
The legal withdrawal period is 7 days from the date of delivery of the item. Field and Fish gives you an extra 3 days. Our quality charter gives you 10 days to change your mind, whatever the reason! If you change your mind, we'll give you a full refund for items returned in good condition and in their original packaging. At the end of the trial, if you don't want to keep one or more items, you can return them to us and we'll give you a full refund, provided the products and packaging are returned to us in new condition. You are responsible for shipping costs. You are responsible for their safe shipment until they reach our premises. In this case, we advise you to return the goods by Collissimo against signature.

You can return it within 10 days of receipt. If the size of the product does not correspond to your expectations, ask us for a return slip (for delivery to a GLS relay point). You can then send it back to us with a note explaining your exchange request. We will then replace the product with the size you require, provided that the products and packaging are returned to us in new condition. You are responsible for the correct dispatch of the goods until they reach our premises.
We have an average of 3,000 products in stock. If a product is not available in a given size, this is clearly indicated.
However, you can ask us to notify you by email when the product becomes available again. You will receive an email as soon as the product is available again.
We know our products inside out, because we use them on all our fishing trips. In all seasons and under very different conditions: we often go fishing when the weather is not 'fine' in the ordinary sense of the word ....
