"How are returns made?

Any product that does not fittoo small or too big or faulty can be returned for exchange within a respectable timeframe. You'll have a return slip on request for exchanges.

About returns

To return your product as quickly as possible, you can either contact us by e-mailor call us on: 04 50 09 01 92 or fill in the form contact form here. The returns are made by GLSor by Colissimo for exchanges in metropolitan France, subject to acceptance and on request. You will receive a return slip for exchanges. Returns should be addressed to Ephemera SARL, ZAE de la Tuilerie, 139 Route des Marais, 74 410 Saint-Jorioz . In order to be accepted for return products must be returned undamaged, with all packaging, accessories and instructions. We will do our utmost to return the item as quickly as possible, even to your fishing spot if necessary.

Repairing your waders or clothing :

Thanks to a guarantee of qualityour waders are rarely sent back to our after-sales service due to a defect. For your information, every wader is water-testedduring manufacture! But as anything can happen, we can repair your garments if possible. We assess the garment on site and, if necessarywe carry out the repair ourselves. If the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, we'll exchange the item without hesitation.

The warranty

Concerning the guarantee of our fishing clothes and as required by law, are guaranteed for 1 yearprovided they are used under normal conditions. You can also consult our sections or tutorials on our YouTube platform.
