If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for an exchange, replacement or refund, or repair you can return your item to us.

"How are the returns done"?

Any product that is not suitabletoo small or too big or defective can be returned for exchange in a respectable time frame. You will have a return coupon on request for exchanges.

Concerning the returns

To return your product as soon as possible, you can either contact us by mailor call us at 04 50 09 01 92 or fill in the form contact form right here. The returns are done by GLSor by Colissimo for exchanges in France, subject to acceptance and on request. You will have a return form for exchanges. The returns are to be sent to Ephemera SARL, ZAE de la Tuilerie, 139 Route des Marais, 74 410 Saint-Jorioz. In order to be accepted for return, the products must be returned with their packaging, accessories and instructions, undamaged. We will try to be reactive and to send you back the desired article as soon as possible and even on your fishing place if necessary.

Repair of your waders or clothing:

Thanks to a guarantee of qualityOur waders are rarely sent back to our after-sales service for a defect. For your information, each wader is tested in waterduring the manufacturing process! But as anything can happen, in case of worries, we can repair your clothes, if possible. We assess the garment on the spot and if necessaryIf necessary, we will do the repair ourselves. If the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the item without hesitation.

The guarantee

Concerning the guarantee of our fishing clothes and as the legislation requires, are guaranteed for 1 yearprovided that they are used in normal conditions. You can also consult our sections or tutorials on our YouTube platform.
